Simply, sign your name on the studio’s Challenge Poster to make your personal commitment of completing 30 classes in 30 days or less. Any class offered at the studio counts for your 30 Day Challenge, and you may take more than one class per day! Not only will you win a prize but also by practicing yoga regularly, it is said to come with many benefits to both your mental and physical health. This includes but not limited to, decreased stress and anxiety, reduced chronic pain, better sleep, and enhanced quality of your overall life. So, what are you waiting for?
