The Five Tibetan Rites are 5 yoga movements that take only a short amount of time in your day and over time may dramatically increase endurance and energy. Regular practice of the postures may relieve muscle tension, lower stress, improve digestion, energize the Chakras and lead to a greater sense of well-being and relaxation.
Wendy Denn, yoga teacher, workshop leader and practitioner of the Rites, will guide participants through the 5 movements with appropriate modifications. Participants should have the ability to move from standing to the mat without difficulty. An awareness of basic yoga is helpful but not required.
